FISpT Board of Directors Meeting
Cyprus – 04-06 March, 2010

The International Sport for All Federation (FISpT) will hold Second Board of Directors Meeting in Limassol, Cyprus during the period from 04-06 March 2010.

President of GOYS Shaikh Fawaz Bin Mohd Al Khalifa Receives Mr. Safwat Montassir, Chairman of the Board of Egiptian sports for all federation

The preparations for this important event have started through contacting the members. Most of them have confirmed their attendance and participation in the meeting.

Mr. Isa Abdul Rahim, President, FISpT expressed his happiness and stated, "It is really a great pleasure to meet with our friends again in Cyprus to discuss the development and the future of Sport for All. We have a juicy agenda waiting for us! With the usual cooperation from the Board Member, we will achieve our goals."

ESFA VISITS FISpT & BSFA

The Egyptian Sport for All Federation (ESFA) delegation led by Mr. Safwat Montassir, Chairman of the Board paid a visit to the International Sport for All Federation (FISpT) and the Bahrain Sport for All Federation (BSFA) in the Kingdom of Bahrain during the period from January 16th to 20th, 2010.

The visit was fruitful and successful as the delegation was met by Mr. Isa Abdul Rahim, President, FISpT & BSFA and held some meetings. During these meetings, the two parties had the opportunities to exchange their experiences and ideas in promoting sport for all.

Souvenir for Wafaa

Mr. Abdul Rahim expressed his happiness of the Egyptians' visit to the Bahrain, "It has been a great opportunity to exchange experience and acknowledge with our friends in ESFA. This will result in holding practical and theoretical activities in Egypt & Bahrain in order to further promote sports for all."

FISpT, ESFA & BSFA Hand in Hand

Before their departure, Mr. Montassir who was accompanied by Dr. Wafaa Salah Eldin, Deputy Chairman & Mr. Hesham Al Taweel, Board Member, ESFA also said, ”The visit, although rather short, was successful by all measures, especially when we had the chance to discuss with the President of FISPT, Mr. Isa Abdul Rahim strategies & plans of the FISpT and Bahrain Federation, and at the same time present our activities in Egypt, and our plans for the near future.”

It is worth mentioning that on January 19th ,2010 ESFA And BSFA signed a Protocol Of Understanding (POU) which encourages the two countries to get people together to practice sport in a friendly and non discriminatory environment . On January 18th ESFA applied for FISPT membership.
